   The GIS-Based Apartment Locator System allows property owners to post available rental properties, update property details, list current tenants, and review comments and ratings left by students. Property owners are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about their listings. By using the Services, property owners agree to comply with all applicable rental laws, accurately represent their properties, and engage professionally with tenants.
